Acceptance

By installing or using Chat404, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your Account

Chat404 accounts are anonymous. When you register, a random UUID is generated and stored on your device — it is your only credential for accessing your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your UUID; anyone with it can access your account and any active subscription.

Subscriptions

• Chat404 Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same price and duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by the app store in accordance with its policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chat404 to generate, request, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or that violates the acceptable use policies of our AI provider, Together AI. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-Generated Content

Responses are generated by a third-party large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. Chat404 is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

Disclaimer of Warranties

Chat404 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S6 Industries and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Chat404. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Chat404 and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with legal obligations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
